ITMS Technologies is a joint venture between Teamsun, China and Billion ways India. ITMS Technologies which is a part of Teamsun Group which has Office spread across China has over 1500 employees in its fold. ITMS Technologies have their Head office at Beijing with a branch office at Dalian and an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) for Huawei at Shenzhen. ITMS Technologies has opened outsourcing centers in Nanjing and has plans to spread into Wuhan and Chengdu.

ITMS will soon enter Japan by setting up its own subsidiary incorporation in Tokyo.
